Senior HR Advisor - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Picnic is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our dynamic team. This Senior HR Advisor remote position offers you the chance to make a significant impact in our semi-automated Fulfilment Center, where 500 colleagues work daily. You will ensure that all HR processes run smoothly and tackle complex issues head-on, contributing to a positive work culture that supports Picnic's rapid growth.

What You'll Do

• Act as a sparring partner for managers, providing solutions for complex HR cases.
• Support team leaders with limited HR experience in preparing and conducting conversations.
• Initiate projects and utilize your creativity to improve HR processes.
• Handle a diverse range of cases, from long-term absenteeism to zero-tolerance issues.
• Lead local HR projects aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.
• Manage the HR Admin team in your Fulfilment Center, consisting of approximately four members.
• Collaborate weekly with HR colleagues at the Amsterdam headquarters to share insights and strategies.
• Perform various administrative tasks, including conducting conversations, answering online queries, drafting letters, and updating HR systems like Workday.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
• A passionate HR professional eager to make an impact.
• Strong coaching skills to help others grow.
• Flexible and adept at multitasking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative, proactive, and independent.
• Skilled in giving and receiving feedback, with strong organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HR systems, particularly Workday.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor laws.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced environment.
