Art Director CRM - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Art Director CRM to join our dynamic team at RAPP. This Art Director CRM remote position offers you the chance to work with a leading digital marketing agency in Berlin, where creativity meets technology. You will play a pivotal role in developing engaging CRM campaigns that drive results for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and develop innovative CRM campaigns tailored for various clients.
• Design CRM initiatives for both online and offline platforms.
• Oversee the realization and implementation of campaigns from concept to final delivery.
• Ensure consistent brand communication by utilizing the corporate identity of our clients.
• Present creative ideas during client meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic/Communication Design or a completed vocational training as a media designer.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in managing digital and traditional media campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Strong sense of design, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Fluent in German and ideally proficient in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience in CRM, digital mailings, apps, banners, and website content.
• Familiarity with UX and responsive web design principles.
• Interest in current trends, pop culture, and zeitgeist.
