About the Role

We are seeking an IT System Management Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement and management of IT products, ensuring that our systems run smoothly and effectively. As an IT System Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team of approximately 3,700 employees across various sectors, including health and rehabilitation.

What You'll Do

• Manage the procurement and purchasing of IT products, including selecting suitable suppliers.
• Process offers, orders, goods receipts, and returns efficiently.
• Maintain system and customer data while providing first-level support.
• Advise users on hardware and software solutions to enhance their experience.
• Create technical and commercial documentation to support IT operations.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT field with several years of professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software products.
• High resilience, commitment, and ability to work independently.
• Motivation for continuous professional and personal development.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a healthcare-related IT environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations.
