Project Manager - Infrastructure Projects (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee infrastructure projects remotely. As a Project Manager - Infrastructure Projects, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of land and marine-based infrastructure projects that shape the future of one of the UK’s most dynamic ports.

What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of £1m to £10m+ infrastructure projects, guiding each project through structured delivery gateways.
• Ensure clarity, compliance, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to close out.
• Collaborate closely with QS and Planner colleagues, managing consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support performance, risk management, and project governance.
• Utilize NEC contracts to ensure effective project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven project management experience, ideally a member of APM or RICS.
• Experience in delivering infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive stakeholder relationships.
• A collaborative, proactive, and supportive approach.
• NEC contract experience is a plus, but not essential.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the logistics or port operations sector.
• Knowledge of decarbonization practices in infrastructure.
• Familiarity with project governance frameworks.
