Freelance Campaign Manager - Influencer Marketing

About the Role

We're hiring a Freelance Campaign Manager to join Kyra, a leader in influencer marketing. In this role, you will manage campaigns remotely, ensuring they run smoothly and meet high creative standards.

What You'll Do

• Own day-to-day management of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
• Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
• Be the main point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through clear communication.
• Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaign lifecycles.
• Track campaign performance using Kyra’s proprietary platform and analytics tools.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
• Ensure content meets brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management, ideally with fashion brands.
• Strong negotiation skills with creators and experience in creator contracting.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) and content creation for paid boosting.
