About the Role
We are seeking a Founding AI Engineer to join our innovative team at MyAvatar AI. This position offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while playing a pivotal role in developing AI avatars for creators, influencers, and brands. As a Founding AI Engineer, you will help create a living AI version of individuals, enabling them to engage their audience 24/7 and turn conversations into revenue.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate directly with the founder to build the product from the ground up.
- Utilize your 2+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a startup environment.
- Take ownership of the full lifecycle of product development: planning, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Work systematically to ship features quickly and efficiently.
- Develop using full-stack technologies including Next.js, TypeScript, Git, and CI/CD.
- Leverage your experience in building SaaS products to enhance our offerings.
- Contribute to AI-related projects, utilizing technologies such as LangGraph, Python, LLM workflows, and Voice/Video AI.
- Embrace a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you can make a significant impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong skills in full-stack development, particularly with Next.js and TypeScript.
- Experience working in a team of 5+ engineers.
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and workflows is a huge plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangGraph and Voice/Video AI.
- Previous involvement in startup environments.
- Interest in AI and its applications in real-world scenarios.

Who Will Succeed Here
