Forward Deployed Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join our team at TENEX.AI. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-driven cybersecurity technologies and contribute to our mission of enhancing organizational cybersecurity posture. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure seamless technical delivery and optimization of TENEX’s solutions.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers to implement and integrate TENEX’s security solutions within their environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of custom data parsers, from design to maintenance, ensuring accurate ingestion and transformation of diverse security logs.
• Develop automation scripts, integrations, and configurations to enhance deployment efficiency.
• Design, build, and maintain custom data parsers to transform raw security logs into a normalized format for our platform.
• Continuously monitor and resolve parsing failures to ensure data integrity and support mission-critical security operations.
• Collaborate with Security Operations and Engineering teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Conduct technical onboarding sessions and training for new customers.
• Act as a technical advisor ensuring customers maximize the value of TENEX’s offerings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, DevOps, or a similar field.
• Strong understanding of security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and cloud security.
• Proficiency with Google SecOps, Logstash, and data pipeline technologies such as OTEL, Bindplane, Cribl, Databahn, and Abstract.
• Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, or similar).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Nice to Have

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Engineer, or CISSP.
