About the Role
SupportYourApp is seeking a Fluent Estonian Customer Support Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely from Estonia. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your home. As a Customer Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Provide top-notch customer support via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions in fluent Estonian.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and support techniques.
- Work full-time from Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 GMT+2.
Requirements
- Fluent Estonian language skills (C1/Advanced or Native level preferred).
- Proficiency in English is required.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Must have a personal laptop or PC to perform job duties.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
