Financial Analyst - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team at Euronet Worldwide, a global leader in payments processing and cross-border transactions. This Financial Analyst remote position will allow you to contribute to our mission of shaping the future of how the world moves money. You will be part of a talented Controlling team that provides timely, accurate, and insightful information to support strategic and operational decisions.

What You'll Do

• Participate in the company’s reporting and controlling process as a Financial Analyst remote.
• Support the financial team in achieving business goals and objectives.
• Engage actively in month-end close, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Provide accurate and timely insights into business performance by analyzing variances from budget/forecast and preparing monthly performance reports.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and business partnership with country management and sales teams.
• Participate in finance projects and support the development of analytical tools and forecasting models.
• Initiate efficiency opportunities and contribute to financial and internal audits.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration or Finance.
• Experience within a multinational organization or an audit firm is a plus.
• Very good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good understanding of accounting systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English.
