Field Marketing Manager - DACH & Benelux (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a Field Marketing Manager to join Deel's dynamic team. This remote Field Marketing Manager position focuses on driving growth across the DACH and Benelux regions. You will play a crucial role in executing field marketing programs that enhance our brand presence and support our sales objectives.

What You'll Do

• Own the strategy and execution of Deel's field marketing initiatives in the DACH and Benelux regions, including events and webinars.
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns for each event, ensuring alignment with pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales and SDR teams to maximize lead conversion from marketing activities.
• Manage vendor relationships, budget tracking, and logistics for successful event execution.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the success of marketing programs, focusing on engagement quality and ROI.
• Utilize performance data to continuously optimize marketing strategies and campaign approaches.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in field marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Proven ability to manage events and webinars as full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to define success metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, and Looker is preferred.
• Fluency in German and professional English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for event execution (30-40% travel required).
