About the Role

ManTech is seeking a motivated Facilities Manager Assistant to join our vehicle sustainment team in Kindsbach, Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program. As a Facilities Manager Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities while working remotely.

What You'll Do

  • Plan, organize, and manage a facility or series of smaller facilities supporting a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.
  • Conduct on-site inspections as directed by the facility manager.
  • Execute facility plans by utilizing all support resources for the performance of facilities assignment and facility support activities.
  • Assist in managing the technical direction of a facility through design, construction, and implementation in accordance with project objectives.
  • Identify follow-on business associated requirements with assigned facilities and support new business development by assisting with proposals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the effective operation of the facilities.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and obtain or already have an active Germany/E.U. Work VISA to be considered.
  • 2+ years of qualified experience and a bachelor’s degree or 8+ years of qualified experience.
  • Experience managing facilities with multiple performance locations both CONUS and OCONUS, including support to combat operations.
  • Experience with logistics and maintenance, as well as the complexity of facilities support to the programs.
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least one year beyond the start date.
