We’re hiring an External Marketing Strategy Manager to join our dynamic team at MrBeast. This role offers a unique opportunity to build and execute bold, internet-breaking marketing campaigns that extend beyond our owned channels. As an External Marketing Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy and driving cultural relevance through innovative partnerships and collaborations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute long-term external marketing campaigns designed to drive massive reach, engagement, and cultural relevance.
• Identify opportunities for viral moments, creator collaborations, and unconventional distribution strategies.
• Lead both the creative and operational workstreams, partnering with various teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Translate the MrBeast brand into external environments through collaborations, stunts, products, and experiences.
• Design and implement workflows for brand and creator partnerships, ensuring smooth execution from outreach to post-mortem analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy, brand partnerships, or creator marketing.
• Proven track record of building and executing large-scale or viral campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complexity without slowing down.
• Experience working cross-functionally and externally with partners.
• Ability to create or scale workflows in a fast-paced environment.
