About the Role

We are seeking an Expert in Customer Acquisition and Payment Solutions to join our dynamic team at Bank Pekao. This remote position will focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving the adoption of payment instruments. You will play a crucial role in increasing transaction efficiency and improving sales processes.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in projects related to customer acquisition and the adoption of payment instruments (cards, cashless payments, transactional solutions).
  • Design, analyze, and streamline sales processes to support effective customer acquisition and payment usage.
  • Co-create and implement initiatives that enhance customer payment experiences across key banking channels.
  • Analyze sales and transaction data, preparing recommendations to increase the utilization of payment instruments.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Marketing, Sales Network, and IT to implement product and process changes.
  • Support the implementation of new payment solutions and best sales practices within the organization.
  • Share knowledge and experience within the team and participate in conceptual work.

Requirements

  • Experience in banking, sales, payments, or customer processes.
  • Participation in business or process projects, preferably related to cards or payments.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Open to change and comfortable in a project environment.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks.
