What You'll Do

• Conduct interviews and assessments of prospective instructors, evaluating their teaching potential and fit with ELVTR’s mission.
• Communicate ELVTR’s vision and values effectively to candidates, inspiring them to join our team.
• Qualify candidates based on their expertise, passion, and communication skills, ensuring they can inspire our students.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth transition for successful candidates into course development.
• Support the talent acquisition team by providing insights and feedback to enhance the candidate sourcing process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the education or training sector.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to candidate evaluations.
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate North American market needs.
