What You'll Do

• Conduct executive screening calls with prospective instructors to evaluate their charisma and teaching potential.
• Pivot from interviewer to recruiter, selling the vision of building a course with ELVTR to high-level talent.
• Maintain quality control by politely declining candidates who do not meet instructor standards.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless transition to the production phase.
• Provide strategic feedback to the sourcing team to refine search criteria based on your interactions.

• Proven experience in a high-energy, executive-facing role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate the ELVTR mission convincingly.
• A headhunter's mindset with the ability to court high-level talent.
• Resilience and energy to conduct multiple high-stakes video interviews daily.
• A professional home office environment available during US working hours.
