Executive Coach - Transformative Leadership Development
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Coach to join our team at Crisp. This role is primarily based in Atlanta, GA, with a hybrid work model available after the initial 90 days. As an Executive Coach, you will play a pivotal role in helping business owners grow and achieve their goals. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching and business development.
What You'll Do
- Manage a large client caseload, developing and maintaining close relationships with key clients to help them expand their market presence.
- Blend high-accountability coaching with practical business and operational guidance to drive measurable outcomes.
- Analyze P&Ls and recommend financial and operational changes to improve client performance.
- Lead strategic coaching sessions that combine business insight, financial acumen, and operational guidance.
- Document coaching calls and provide clear summaries outlining action items and key takeaways.
- Identify operational, financial, and leadership blind spots and prescribe solutions to remove barriers to growth.
- Help clients integrate learnings from Crisp workshops into their business practices.
- Travel for client visits approximately twice per quarter as needed.
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of proven business leadership experience with a track record of driving growth.
- Experience in operations, finance, sales, or client success functions in businesses generating $5M - $100M+ in annual revenue.
- Strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance client outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex ideas into actionable strategies.
- Highly organized and tech-savvy, comfortable using tools like Zoom and CRM platforms.
- A positive, solutions-oriented attitude with a focus on client success.
Nice to Have
- Experience presenting to executive-level audiences.
- Military background or legal industry exposure.
- Financial fluency through CPA certification or practical experience managing P&L.
