Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a cross-functional executive assistant role or similar support function.
• Background in fast-paced or hypergrowth environments, preferably in tech, media, or entertainment.
• Experience supporting executives in partnerships and communications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements.
• Excellent communication skills across internal and external audiences.
