Event Project Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Event Project Manager - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of various events, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client satisfaction. As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of events from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including vendors and internal departments, to ensure successful event execution.
• Utilize project management tools such as Smartsheet and Odoo to track progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in event project management or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience in AV production and technical coordination.
• Knowledge of graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
