ERP Application Specialist - Supply Chain (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for an ERP Application Specialist - Supply Chain to join our team remotely. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and supporting our global ERP implementation, which is vital for many of Axis’ core functions. You will collaborate with users and stakeholders to enhance end-to-end processes and support future developments.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze business requirements to improve ERP functionalities.
• Propose system designs and configure ERP systems effectively.
• Support implementation and deployment projects for ERP applications.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Facilitate change management and deliver training sessions to users.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for ERP processes.
• Ensure solution consistency through cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS, or similar ERP applications.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes such as distribution, manufacturing, and warehousing.
• Consulting experience in a larger organization with a focus on building trust.
• Familiarity with the SCOR model or Microsoft E2E supply chain processes.
• Ability to manage ongoing support while driving improvement projects.
• Proactive in identifying, tracking, and resolving issues.
