Enterprise Relationship Lead - Remote APAC

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, people-oriented Enterprise Relationship Lead to play a crucial role in building and nurturing relationships for the Ethereum ecosystem. This Enterprise Relationship Lead remote position is ideal for someone who thrives in connecting complex organizations with open-source communities while advocating for public blockchain technology.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for organizations wanting to learn more about Ethereum in the region.
• Connect relevant stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and ecosystem growth.
• Effectively communicate our organization's mission, goals, and initiatives to external stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities that align with ecosystem objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with enterprise partners, community members, and industry organizations.
• Maintain knowledge of key players, projects, and initiatives across the Ethereum landscape.
• Consistently document relationship development and maintain stakeholder information.
• Represent the Ethereum Foundation at industry events and coordinate participation in key ecosystem initiatives.
• Actively participate in Ethereum community discussions and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements

• Professional experience (5+ years) in institutional sales, business development, or relationship management within Blockchain, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of institutional requirements, market dynamics and trends, and Ethereum’s ecosystem.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities with a talent for building authentic connections with senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships effectively; an existing network in your region is highly desirable.
• Genuine enthusiasm for Ethereum and permission-less/open-source technologies.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Exceptional communication skills both internally and externally; you highly value working transparently with your colleagues.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

Nice to Have

• Experience in community engagement within the blockchain space.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) and its implications for traditional finance.
• Previous experience in a remote work environment.
