About the Role

PolyAI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will lead and grow customer relationships with prestigious hospitality brands, financial institutions, and select Fortune 1000 companies. Your expertise will help drive automation in customer service through our innovative voice assistant technology.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customer experience, operations, and technology executives at Fortune-class enterprises.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customer teams across various business units.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions that enhance their operations.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals for new customers, bookings, and revenue.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate sales activity tracking and reporting.
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences to all prospects and clients.
  • Maintain a high level of subject matter expertise to support a consultative sales approach.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide insights on market conditions and product performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling to enterprise decision-makers, including executives and technical leaders.
  • Background in sales within call center operations, particularly in hospitality, finance, or insurance.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and revenue quotas.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions and technical sales.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions clearly.
  • Ability to understand and discuss Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in developing customer-specific proposals and business cases.
  • Familiarity with innovative devices and performance software.
  • Ability to communicate analytical results effectively.
