Email Marketing Manager - Remote Position at Public Nectar
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Public Nectar. This Email Marketing Manager remote position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving customer retention and lifecycle value for our ecommerce clients.
What You'll Do
- Own the retention strategy across your client portfolio, developing tailored lifecycle roadmaps aligned with each brand's growth stage and commercial goals.
- Lead client-facing retention conversations, presenting strategies, interpreting performance data, and making proactive recommendations.
- Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows, including welcome series, post-purchase, win-back, and loyalty programs.
- Manage Klaviyo across multiple client accounts, including flows, campaigns, lists, segments, and integrations.
- Design and run structured A/B and multivariate testing programs to improve engagement and retention rates.
- Collaborate with paid media teams to align retention activities with acquisition strategies.
- Continuously audit performance and proactively raise opportunities for improvement.
- Transform performance data into clear, commercial insights and present these confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally within ecommerce, DTC, or subscription brands.
- Expert-level knowledge of Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, segmentation, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of Shopify and its connection to CRM and retention mechanics.
- Strong commercial instinct with a focus on LTV, churn rates, and revenue contribution.
- Confident communicator who can translate technical CRM into clear strategic direction for clients.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client workstreams simultaneously.
- Analytical by nature and creative in application, comfortable in spreadsheets and reviewing campaign briefs.
Nice to Have
- Agency-side experience or managing CRM across multiple brands.
- Exposure to SMS platforms and/or loyalty tools.
- Experience with subscription platforms.
- Familiarity with broader marketing analytics.
