About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (Growth & Experimentation) remote to join our innovative team at Trava Health. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to create high-performing customer-facing experiences that drive engagement and conversion. You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate strategic initiatives into impactful designs.

What You'll Do

  • Design for website optimization, including continuous A/B testing to enhance performance and user experience.
  • Conceptualize and create high-performing creatives for paid media campaigns, such as Meta ads, utilizing testing and iteration to refine visual direction.
  • Partner with leadership to shape design strategy for owned assets, including Meta ads, website, and emails.
  • Design new website pages based on strategic initiatives, user insights, and performance data.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters to ensure cohesive messaging and effective visual storytelling.
  • Work with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with high fidelity.
  • Apply brand guidelines across customer touchpoints, ensuring design supports campaign goals and drives measurable outcomes.
  • Own design decisions with a clear understanding of their influence on business metrics.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on growth and experimentation.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a design-focused discipline (e.g., Graphic Design, Illustration, Industrial Design, or Architecture).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design strengths and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to critique and articulate design decisions objectively.
  • Excellent collaboration skills across product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Proactive in identifying priorities and focusing efforts accordingly.
  • Open to feedback and coaching to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with dashboard design and presentation (deck) design.
  • Familiarity with design systems and storytelling techniques.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
