About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Nurse (CDD) to join the Fondation Erik et Odette Bocké, a non-profit organization committed to the well-being of our residents. As a Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to our elderly residents, making a significant impact in their lives. This Nurse (CDD) remote position is available immediately and will last until the end of June.
What You'll Do
- Perform nursing care and assessments, contributing to clinical data collection and participating in preventive actions, screening, training, and health education.
- Administer medications and conduct therapeutic monitoring.
- Participate in the Personalized Support Project within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure continuity of care through meticulous documentation of nursing activities (using Netsoin).
- Collaborate with nursing assistants to provide tailored care based on residents' needs.
Requirements
- State Diploma in Nursing.
- Previous experience working with elderly individuals.
- Strong teamwork skills and a desire to develop professionally.
- Empathetic and attentive to the needs of residents.
- Ability to share knowledge and collaborate with various professionals.
Nice to Have
- Experience with the Netsoin software.
- Additional certifications in elderly care.
- Fluency in French and English.
