About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our team at Lexipol. This is a remote role and you must reside in the United States. As an Email Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will play a crucial role in building, optimizing, and scaling targeted email programs that drive lead generation and support our marketing initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Execute and optimize national and state-level email marketing campaigns using Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement.
  • Create automated nurture sequences tailored to various lifecycle stages and roles.
  • Develop segmented lists and dynamic content to enhance relevance and engagement.
  • Manage lead routing and ensure alignment between Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend data-driven enhancements.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations like CAN-SPAM.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Growth Marketing to align messaging with account-specific challenges.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on B2B email marketing experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Pardot / Salesforce Account Engagement.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
