Educator for Individualized Therapeutic-Rehabilitative Projects - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Educators for Individualized Therapeutic-Rehabilitative Projects (PTRI) to join our team remotely. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with psychological or social vulnerabilities through personalized interventions.

What You'll Do

• Implement personalized educational and rehabilitative interventions according to the defined PTRI.
• Promote autonomy, socialization, and community participation activities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in the design and monitoring of individual growth plans.
• Manage educational relationships with users and their family networks.
• Prepare monitoring sheets, educational diaries, and periodic reports.
• Participate in team meetings and supervision sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Sciences (L-19) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum experience in mental health, disability, or social inclusion contexts.
• Ability to work collaboratively with territorial services.
• Strong relational, organizational, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Availability for flexible hours, including afternoons or holidays if required by the project.

Nice to Have

• Experience in community-based rehabilitation.
• Knowledge of therapeutic methodologies.
• Fluency in additional languages.
