Account Executive - Remote Position for Language Training

What You'll Do
- Proactively research and identify prospects in the Italian market, utilizing cold calls, video calls, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with clients.
- Assess potential partners' needs to determine suitability and create valuable business opportunities.
- Make data-driven decisions to enhance your sales performance and achieve key metrics.
- Collaborate with the international Speexx New Business team to align strategies and share insights.
- Provide feedback on industry trends, market perception, and competitive intelligence to management and marketing teams.
- Report on sales results and consistently exceed performance targets.
Requirements
- A university degree in economics, business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong quantitative skills and an analytical mindset, with a passion for testing and iterating.
- Fluency in Italian and a very good command of English.

- Experience in the EdTech industry or similar sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
