Duty Manager - Remote Opportunity with SSP Group

About the Role

Join SSP Group as a Duty Manager and enjoy the flexibility of remote work while leading a dynamic team in the hospitality sector. This Duty Manager role offers you the chance to step into a leadership position, ensuring exceptional service at renowned brands like Starbucks and Burger King. With early shifts starting from 2 AM, you will earn a competitive pay rate of £13.81 per hour, with an additional £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your total to £15.31 per hour.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead and motivate your team during busy shifts, maintaining a positive atmosphere.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve any issues that arise.
• Monitor unit performance and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check.
• Must be at least 18 years old to perform certain tasks.
• Previous experience in a leadership role within hospitality or retail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
