Digital Performance Analyst - Remote Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Digital Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing our marketing channels, ensuring that we capture clear and actionable data to drive our business decisions. What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Digital Performance team to set up and track all marketing channels, ensuring data cleanliness and clarity for reporting.
• Provide input data information to the Analysis team for accurate customer and product analysis.
• Update and report daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance metrics to the Head of Department.
• Ensure the feasibility of efficient quick initiatives proposed by the Analysis team and monitor their effectiveness.
• Analyze the marketing funnel in campaigns to identify deployment situations and propose improvements.
• Test initiatives based on actual results and expand the scale of analysis according to planned versus actual outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team and other departments to deliver tasks and assist the Head of Department as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Analysis, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Digital Performance Analyst, preferably in e-sports, financial institutions, advertising agencies, or public newspapers.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Data Studio, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
• Familiarity with various social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and websites.
• A proven record with a diverse portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• A creative mindset with a “can-do” attitude, able to work independently and in a diverse team environment.

• Experience in the e-sports industry.
• Knowledge of advanced data visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
