DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

Join Yunex Traffic as a DevOps Engineer and contribute to innovative solutions in smart transportation systems. This DevOps Engineer remote position offers you the chance to work on groundbreaking technologies that enhance mobility and improve urban living.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with UK colleagues to consolidate CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
• Migrate security tools and transition infrastructure from ECS/Fargate to Kubernetes/EKS.
• Design and implement a unified deployment process to support data platform development.
• Develop on-premise Kubernetes deployments for customer installations.
• Manage LAB environments and oversee development Kubernetes clusters in AWS cloud.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficient in CI/CD pipeline management using GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience in designing and managing reusable pipelines across repositories.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and DevOps principles (ECS, EC2, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools like CloudWatch.
• Fluent in English, as you will collaborate with UK colleagues.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Security & Compliance tools.
• Basic knowledge of tools like Dependency Track, OWASP Dependency-Check.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Keycloak.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations and troubleshooting.
