Developer Relations Engineer - Blockchain & Web3

About the Role

We are seeking a Developer Relations Engineer to join our innovative team in a fully remote capacity. As a Developer Relations Engineer for Blockchain and Web3, you will be at the forefront of demonstrating cutting-edge blockchain capabilities to developers and partners. This role emphasizes hands-on building, rapid experimentation, and creative problem-solving, allowing you to transform innovative concepts into interactive demos and prototypes that make complex technology engaging and accessible.

What You'll Do

• Develop live demos, prototypes, and technical content that showcase blockchain and Web3 possibilities.
• Build demo dApps, including real-time trading interfaces, on-chain games, and agent-powered applications.
• Create trading bot demonstrations to illustrate execution quality, on-chain order books, and interaction models.
• Prototype agentic workflows such as autonomous agents, prediction market resolvers, and agent-to-agent coordination.
• Produce video walkthroughs, live demos, and coding tutorials to make technical concepts clear and compelling.
• Develop reusable starter kits, templates, and reference projects to accelerate developer onboarding.
• Monitor ecosystem trends and translate them into timely, impactful demo concepts.
• Collaborate with Developer Relations, Marketing, and Business Development to support launches and ecosystem growth.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Solidity and EVM development, including writing, deploying, and interacting with smart contracts.
• Ability to build polished front-end interfaces for demos and prototypes.
• Proven track record of turning ideas into working products, experiments, or prototypes.
• Strong instincts for what makes a demo engaging and memorable.
• Comfortable working at speed and delivering prototypes within days.
• Independent thinker with high conviction, bias toward action, and autonomous operating style.
• Familiarity with AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, building, and delivery.
• Passion for building in public, experimenting quickly, and inspiring developer engagement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeFi applications and gaming technologies.
• Familiarity with community engagement and developer advocacy.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages beyond Solidity.
