Depot Sustainment Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Depot Sustainment Manager remote to join our team at Raytheon. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience in systems engineering and logistics to ensure the successful execution of our programs. As a Depot Sustainment Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to deliver safe and reliable products to our customers.

What You'll Do

• Lead and synchronize depot functions, including receiving, spares provisioning, repairs, and shipping.
• Oversee warranty and non-warranty repairs to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide sustainment engineering support for both development and legacy programs.
• Act as a liaison with various engineering disciplines to facilitate product support.
• Assist with supportability analyses and inventory recommendations.
• Coordinate with Production Operation Manager to facilitate factory hardware repair work.
• Engage in peer reviews, program reviews, and design reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage shipping and repair activities for production and depot contracts.

Requirements

• A University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Depot and/or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS).
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required.
• Strong understanding of Contractor Acquired Material (CAM) and depot hardware handling.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and budget management.
• Experience with Cost Reduction Strategy and Constraints Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and related tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience with PRISM and LOKI systems.
• Understanding of government property management and transportation requirements.
• Previous experience with proposals and estimating.
