Demand Generation Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential for driving demand for our sales team and owning the marketing-generated pipeline. You will not only design campaigns but also build and optimize the engine that generates pipeline, making this a hands-on, execution-focused position.

What You'll Do

  • Build marketing-generated pipeline for the sales team, focusing on qualified opportunities, not just lead volume.
  • Execute and iterate on the demand generation strategy through campaigns, experiments, and funnel initiatives.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, email, paid, etc.) to drive pipeline volume and quality.
  • Partner closely with Sales and GTM to ensure pipeline quality and conversion into revenue.
  • Own conversion rate optimization across the funnel, including website, landing pages, and demo flows.
  • Analyze the buyer journey and identify drop-offs from traffic to lead to meeting to pipeline.
  • Continuously test, measure, and improve funnel performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on demand generation performance to drive better outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in B2B growth marketing or demand generation.
  • Proven experience generating pipeline for US or North American markets.
  • Strong experience in pipeline generation and funnel-building.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills to model funnel performance and pipeline outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mid-market or enterprise environments (50k+ ACV).
  • Comfortable executing across multiple channels.
  • Experience working closely with Sales on lead quality and conversion.
