What You'll Do

• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into growth marketing metrics and performance.
• Automate data solutions and reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize manual tasks.
• Analyze large datasets to create scalable data models that support comprehensive reporting and analytics.
• Translate business requests into accurate reports and automated data pipelines using tools like Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow.
• Lead cross-functional projects with analysts and engineers to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines.
• Drive experimentation by designing A/B testing frameworks and translating results into actionable growth recommendations.
• Deliver insights that guide growth direction through compelling data-driven storytelling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analysis experience, particularly in growth marketing and product KPIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and analytical functions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and familiarity with dbt.
• Experience in managing data pipelines and understanding data workflow orchestration.
• Ability to design and run A/B tests and translate results into clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data ideas for diverse audiences.
• A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor such as analytics, software engineering, or economics.
