Coaching Manager - Gifted Education (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Coaching Manager - Gifted Education (Remote) to join our innovative team at GT School. This role is pivotal in driving academic growth and life skills proficiency among gifted students. If you are passionate about education and have a track record of leading high-performing teams, this is the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for coaching Guides and directly owning student results at a new GT School campus.

What You'll Do

• Develop 2–4 Guides through observation of live and recorded sessions, 1:1 coaching conversations, and monitored improvement objectives.
• Facilitate structured, high-energy life skills workshops (public speaking, concentration, feedback exchange) driven by playbook protocols.
• Analyze Coachbot analytics and student progress metrics daily to pinpoint students requiring support, then provide direct intervention.
• Conduct motivation sessions designed to propel 100% of students toward weekly learning targets using developmentally appropriate tools.
• Directly mentor your own student cohort, demonstrating the coaching standard you require from all Guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least one verifiable indicator of exceptional academic achievement (e.g., National Merit recognition, PhD, academic competition honors).
• 5+ years of professional experience in education, coaching, leadership, or a comparable field.
• 3+ years of hands-on work with gifted and talented (GT) students in a formal program.
• Daily operational use of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
• Availability to work fully in-person in NYC or Miami (relocation support available).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Background in gifted enrichment programs or accelerated learning contexts.
• Experience coaching adult professionals in performance-measured roles.
• Demonstrated ability to command attention and perform in front of large groups of children.
