What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer support is a must.
  • High emotional intelligence and empathy.
  • Tech-savvy, able to test and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
