About the Role

We’re looking for a Customer Support Advisor - Remote to join our friendly team at Allegiant Finance Services. In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling enquiries by phone, email, and post while delivering a professional and positive experience every time. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Handle customer enquiries with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Manage post, emails, and records with accuracy, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Support claims submissions and resolve issues before they escalate, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
  • Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance in all customer interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving customer service processes.

Requirements

  • Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Positive attitude and adaptability for both repetitive tasks and busy call days.
  • Previous customer service experience, particularly in claims or complaints handling, is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
