- Ensure confidentiality and GDPR compliance in all customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving customer service processes.
Requirements
- Clear and confident communicator with strong listening skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Positive attitude and adaptability for both repetitive tasks and busy call days.
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in claims or complaints handling, is a plus.
