About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team at Caplena. You will be instrumental in ensuring our customers achieve success and satisfaction with our innovative AI tool designed for analyzing open-ended feedback.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing first-level support and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
  • Conduct project briefings and gather requirements to ensure customers receive tailored support.
  • Handle data-related tasks, including file assessment and preparation for import, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support and guidance.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers, progressing from basic functionalities to advanced features as your expertise develops.
  • Continuously optimize support processes by creating training resources and categorizing queries for efficiency.
  • Manage Proof of Concepts and present results to clients while handling change requests effectively.
  • Take ownership of the knowledge base, ensuring content is current and instructional videos are created to enhance user experience.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in customer success, market research, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and German.
  • Affinity for data handling and analysis, with an analytical mindset for troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn new technologies quickly.

  • Experience in a tech startup environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and data analysis software.
  • Previous experience in training or instructional design.
