What You'll Do

- Serve as a liaison between clients and our technical and product teams, gathering feedback to implement optimal solutions.
- Support business development with technical analyses and create compelling demo environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
- Experience in a technical or customer-facing role, such as Customer Success, Support, or Product Management.
- Strong technical understanding, particularly with SaaS solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with customers.
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Structured and proactive work style with a high degree of initiative.
- Fluent in German (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
