Customer Success Manager – MEA (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager – MEA (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Camunda. As a leader in enterprise agentic automation, we orchestrate complex business processes across agents, people, and systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction, making it an exciting opportunity for those passionate about customer success.
What You'll Do
- Act as the trusted advisor to enterprise customers in the MEA region, aligning Camunda technology with their business strategies and goals.
- Develop comprehensive customer success plans that outline KPIs, stakeholders, critical success factors, and product adoption strategies.
- Establish trust-based relationships with customers, maximizing the value of their investment in Camunda.
- Champion customer-centricity within Camunda to enhance retention outcomes and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify growth opportunities and leverage relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Engage proactively with Consulting, Support, and Engineering teams on product and support-related issues.
- Work closely with Product Management and Marketing teams to create best practice programs and influence product roadmap discussions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Account Management, or a similar role in enterprise software.
- Proven ability to drive retention (GRR) and expansion (NRR) through value-based engagement strategies.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of influencing buying decisions and account growth.
- Experience building relationships with senior business and technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements across global organizations.
- Proven experience in structured success planning and value management in enterprise environments.
- Analytical skills to interpret customer data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in process automation or BPM is a plus.
- Experience with maturity assessments and strategic advisory in a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
