What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple parallel initiatives within the PMO, focusing on AI solutions in manufacturing.
• Collaborate with technical teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and value delivery.
• Apply Agile, hybrid, and Scrum-based delivery approaches to drive measurable outcomes.
• Support the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among geographically distributed teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT project, program, or PMO delivery roles.
• Active PMI PMP certification is required.
• Experience in delivering AI solutions within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise initiatives successfully.
• Strong servant leadership mindset and hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum practices.

Nice to Have

• Agile and/or Scrum certification (CSM, PMI ACP, SAFe, or equivalent).
• Experience working in transformation environments with evolving processes.
• Familiarity with hybrid delivery models in traditional enterprise governance.
