About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist remote to join our dynamic team at Owner.com. As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in welcoming newly signed partners to our innovative platform. Your strong communication and organizational skills will ensure that our restaurant partners have the best possible experience during their onboarding journey.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for new partners, guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Manage a portfolio of partners at various stages of onboarding, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Utilize Salesforce to log all activities and track partner progress.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve the onboarding experience.
  • Educate restaurant owners on best practices for online ordering setups, leveraging data and insights from our product team.
  • Advocate for restaurant owners to maintain ownership of their mobile app and online presence.
  • Work on projects that enhance internal processes and improve the Owner platform.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via email, calls, and SMS.

Requirements

  • Strong English fluency (C1/C2 preferred) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Growth mindset and a commitment to professional development.
  • Solutions-oriented with the ability to identify issues and take ownership.
  • Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus (at least 1 year).

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
