What You'll Do
- Serve as an “Official Host” for football games, ensuring a positive experience for participants.
- Coordinate daily operations including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
- Work closely with the CEO and Executive Director to implement business development strategies.
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and improve service delivery.
- Gain hands-on experience in the operations of a fast-growing sports tech company.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude.
- Interest in football is a significant plus.
- Previous hospitality experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer service or business development.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies.
- Understanding of international business expansion.
