Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and understanding of user experience principles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma for product design is a plus.
- Technical proficiency in Linux and Windows systems.
