What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create diverse and appealing menus that cater to our guests' preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by advising guests on menu options and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Develop and calculate your own recipe ideas, focusing on cost management and portion control.
- Contribute to the development of new culinary concepts and implement current food trends and sustainable practices.
- Assist in event catering for executive meetings and internal events, ensuring high-quality service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP).
Requirements
- Passion for hospitality and a strong service orientation.
- Ability to work well with food and manage resources responsibly.
- Team player with a focus on achieving common goals and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office) and a good understanding of numbers for calculations.
- Fluent in German, with B2-level proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
