What You'll Do

• Assist the head chef in preparing and composing dishes for our restaurant.
• Work on the buffet setups for starters and desserts, ensuring high standards of presentation.
• Maintain hygiene standards and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Adapt to various kitchen tasks and work independently when required.
• Innovate and suggest new ideas for menu items and presentations.

Requirements

• Completion of CAP Cuisine or equivalent culinary qualification.
• Basic understanding of HACCP regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for cooking and a desire to learn from experienced chefs.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is a plus but not mandatory.
• Creativity in dish presentation and flavor combinations.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
