About the Role

What You'll Do

• Support the daily coordination of external service providers with the internal Sales team.
• Assist in preparing workflows and customer contact guidelines for the external service provider.
• Provide clear and actionable feedback to Sales Team leaders.
• Track quality metrics and maintain operational dashboards to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify friction points and escalate improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor customer contact quality via external service providers and gather customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales support role within betting and gaming companies.
• Basic understanding of customer journeys and conversion processes.
• Ability to work with performance metrics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of customer journey flows and conversion funnels.
• Fluency in Greek and a very good level of English.
