We're hiring a Creative Project Manager - Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team at Kraken. As a fully remote position, you will play a pivotal role in managing creative projects that drive user acquisition and support Kraken's growth objectives. What You'll Do
- Own tracking of all ongoing performance creative and campaign initiatives across product pods.
- Manage timelines across product launches, promotions, and evergreen campaigns.
- Prioritize what ships when, based on launch calendars and growth impact.
- Ensure a healthy evergreen creative pipeline is maintained.
- Act as the bridge between Performance Marketing and various teams, including Product Marketing Managers and Brand & Design teams.
- Keep the performance design queue organized and moving.
- Serve as a sounding board for performance creatives, ensuring messaging clarity and visual hierarchy.
- Identify bottlenecks and process gaps, helping to standardize workflows.
Requirements
- Strong project management experience in a fast-paced marketing or growth team.
- Experience working with performance marketing teams (paid social, search, display, etc.).
- Deep understanding of creative production workflows.
- Strong design eye and ability to give constructive creative feedback.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficiency or strong interest in leveraging AI to optimize project workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience in performance marketing, growth, or creative production.
- Familiarity with crypto or fintech.
