What You'll Do

• Act as the face of JetBrains in Serbia, handling negotiations and engaging with stakeholders while adhering to company policies.
• Manage local operations, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and providing strategic feedback to senior leadership.
• Oversee compliance and governance, establishing local policies in line with global standards.
• Communicate key developments to partners, fostering transparency and trust within the organization.
• Supervise financial performance, collaborating with the CFO and CAO to ensure sound accountancy practices.
• Lead the Office Management team, setting goals and expectations that align with company standards.
• Create a safe and inclusive workplace, promoting a positive culture and compliance with local laws.
• Organize local events to support company goals and enhance office development.

Requirements

• Previous experience in senior management roles, preferably within the IT industry.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating discretion, trustworthiness, and adaptability.
• Fluency in Serbian and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proven diligence in managing company resources responsibly.
• Demonstrated proactivity and initiative in driving results.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with local market specifics and business practices.
• Previous experience in community engagement and cultural promotion.
