Corporate Lawyer - Remote Legal Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join our team remotely, specializing in corporate advisory and contract management. In this role, you will lead comprehensive contract management and provide legal support across various organizational areas.

What You'll Do

• Provide legal advice, analyze, review, and prepare legal documentation related to the group's activities, particularly in civil, corporate, real estate, administrative, and financial matters.
• Lead comprehensive contract management: drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of commercial contracts.
• Manage licenses, permits, and authorizations necessary for the company's operations.
• Standardize contractual templates and continuously improve internal processes.
• Monitor and support compliance initiatives: sector regulations, data protection, compliance, among others.
• Implement and supervise internal policies to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.

Requirements

• Degree in Law. A Master's in Business Legal Advisory, Corporate Law, or additional discipline is a plus.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in a company.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• Results-oriented with clear and effective communication with internal teams and external collaborators.
• Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented profile.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of compliance and data protection regulations.
• Fluency in English.
